Aimee Noffsinger

I began practicing yoga 7 years ago to help alleviate back and sciatic pain after having my first child. A former boot camp fitness instructor, I never thought yoga would be my “thing” but I quickly connected to the peace and strength I found and desperately needed as a new mom while practicing. No more back or sciatic pain, a strong healthy body and a much clearer mind, my life, especially as a mother, grows richer every time I step on my mat. I believe that yoga can be for everyone and work to create my classes to be accessible to all, so that my students progress beyond good intentions and awaken a way of life that is inspiring and powerful.
